It should be noted that, particularly at the beginning of the semester, the lecture will be held over several hours during the lecture period and the exercise period, but at the end of the semester there will be a greater focus on the exercise part of the course Participation in the lecture is recommended, participation in the exercises is compulsory
Learning objective
The course enables students to assign terms from intellectual property law to the corresponding legal subject areas and to apply them correctly Methods will be taught to determine and evaluate the rights of third parties and to obtain or prepare the registration of own rights Furthermore, legal options for obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights are learned During the course, exercises are worked on in small groups and, if desired, on your own
